Before your first session
To ensure a smooth and productive first session, please keep the following in mind:
- The cancellation policy requires 24-hours advance notice. Cancelling or a "no-show" on the day of your scheduled session will incur a $75 fee.
- The first session is an Intake, necessary for gathering your mental health status and history, reviewing expectations, and setting goals.
- Prepare a list of your current medications for both physical and behavioral health.
- Choose a private, quiet space for teletherapy and ensure your internet connection is stable.
After your first session

Following your first session, use our Booking Link to make weekly session appointments.

- Psychotherapy is most effective with consistent attendance at every scheduled session.
- Every session takes you closer to recovery.
- Identify any conflicting appointments and re-book when you are available to avoid cancellation/no-show fees.
